Your first consultation provides dedicated time with your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist to discuss your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements and wellness goals, and identify an appropriate next step.
Your consultation includes:
- Health history and current-concern review
- Medication and supplement review
- General wellness education
- Clear guidance on the most appropriate next step
This consultation provides foundational guidance. Personalised protocols and individual dosing recommendations are developed through follow-up support where appropriate.

What Happens After You Purchase
Purchase your chosen consultation through its product page. After purchasing, you will be directed to the booking page to choose an available appointment time. Payment covers your consultation; your appointment time is selected separately on the booking page.
New clients must complete the client intake form before their consultation. You will receive the form after booking, allowing your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist to understand your health story and prepare for a focused discussion. This requirement applies to your consultation, not the introductory discovery call with your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist.
