Come with one clear priority. Think about the main question you would like to discuss and have a current list of your medicines and supplements ready, including doses where available.
Talk it through. During your phone consultation, your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist will explore your concern and the relevant details you share. Recommendations will depend on your circumstances and what can reasonably be covered within 20 minutes.
Understand your next step. The aim is a clearer direction, whether that is a practical change to consider, further information to gather or a recommendation to speak with your doctor.

Use the booking calendar to choose an available date and time for your 20-minute phone consultation. Check the time zone shown in the calendar and provide the phone number you would like used for your appointment.
Set aside 20 minutes in a quiet, private space so you can focus on the conversation. Have your main question and your medicine and supplement list nearby.

This consultation is best suited to one specific question, a focused follow-up or guidance on whether a more detailed review is needed. It is not a full health-history assessment or a comprehensive review of multiple concerns.

Every PRUDENCE service is led personally by a PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist, giving you undivided, one-on-one time built around your own health priorities. You'll get a considered review of relevant medications or nutrient depletions where applicable, plus an honest, verbal discussion of what's working, what isn't, and where your supplements or protocol may need adjusting. You'll leave with clear, practical recommendations you can act on straight away, and a written summary sent by email or text so nothing gets lost. A personalised dosage chart can be added during your session for an additional NZD $60. Any recommended supplements are separate and purchased at your own cost. Booking takes moments: choose your service, complete your purchase, and confirmation lands straight in your inbox. Your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist then reaches out personally to arrange a time that suits you, and your session is held by phone at the agreed time. Afterwards, you'll receive a summary of your discussion and recommendations by email or text, giving you a clear, practical reference point as you put your plan into action.
Once you've purchased your service, you'll receive confirmation by email and your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist will be in touch personally to arrange a time that works for you. If you need to reschedule, simply reply to your confirmation email or text with your preferred new time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer your original time to another client.
