WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY BOOKING
BioProfile™ uses a bio-energetic profiling approach with a hair and nail sample and a photograph supplied by you. Your completed intake form provides relevant background about your health, medicines, supplements and reasons for seeking support.
This is a wellness service, not a medical diagnostic assessment. Bio-energetic findings should not be treated as equivalent to validated blood tests, laboratory analysis, bone-density testing or other medical investigations.

Your report provides a starting point for discussing your wellbeing priorities with your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist. The consultation gives you time to ask questions and understand how the information relates to your stated concerns.
Clearer next steps
Your package includes personalised supplement and natural medicine recommendations. These are discussed in the context of your relevant background, rather than presented as a reason to purchase everything at once.
Convenient remote access
Your collection kit is couriered to you, and your consultation takes place remotely. You do not need to attend a clinic for this service.
Bio-energetic profiling does not establish nutritional deficiencies, heavy-metal exposure, infections, allergies, bone density or organ function. Concerns about these require appropriate medical assessment and validated testing.
THE PRUDENCE PERSPECTIVE
The value of your assessment includes the time taken to review your background, explain your report and discuss a considered way forward. You should understand both what the service includes and the limits of its findings.
Your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist will discuss recommendations with you during the included consultation. Any decision to purchase supplements or additional services is separate from your assessment purchase.
Medication and safety considerations
Include your current medicines, supplements, health conditions and relevant concerns in your intake form. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines based on this assessment without advice from your prescriber.
New, persistent or worsening symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional. BioProfile™ does not replace medical care or provide an urgent-care service.

Complete your intake form: after purchase, share your relevant health background, current medicines and wellbeing priorities.
Return your sample: use your PRUDENCE collection kit to supply your hair and nail sample, together with the requested photograph. Follow the instructions provided with your kit.
Review your report: your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist conducts the assessment and prepares your written report.
Discuss your next steps: your included one-hour consultation is booked to walk through the report, explain its limitations and discuss recommendations.

Every PRUDENCE service is led personally by a PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist, giving you undivided, one-on-one time built around your own health priorities. You'll get a considered review of relevant medications or nutrient depletions where applicable, plus an honest, verbal discussion of what's working, what isn't, and where your supplements or protocol may need adjusting. You'll leave with clear, practical recommendations you can act on straight away, and a written summary sent by email or text so nothing gets lost. A personalised dosage chart can be added during your session for an additional NZD $60. Any recommended supplements are separate and purchased at your own cost. Booking takes moments: choose your service, complete your purchase, and confirmation lands straight in your inbox. Your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist then reaches out personally to arrange a time that suits you, and your session is held by phone at the agreed time. Afterwards, you'll receive a summary of your discussion and recommendations by email or text, giving you a clear, practical reference point as you put your plan into action.
Once you've purchased your service, you'll receive confirmation by email and your PRUDENCE Natural Pharmacist will be in touch personally to arrange a time that works for you. If you need to reschedule, simply reply to your confirmation email or text with your preferred new time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer your original time to another client.
