CoQ10 is used for cellular energy and general heart health support. But choosing a supplement involves more than recognising an ingredient on the label.

WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY TAKING

This formulation combines CoQ10 with beta-cyclodextrin. Each capsule contains 280 mg of the complete complex, providing 72 mg of CoQ10.

That distinction matters. A 280 mg complex is not the same as 280 mg of CoQ10. We make the actual CoQ10 content clear so you can compare formulations properly.

It is a once-daily vegetable capsule, taken in the morning with or after food.

The formulation is intended to support cellular energy. That does not mean it is a stimulant or that it will resolve every cause of tiredness.

General heart health

CoQ10 may be considered for general heart health support. It is not a replacement for prescribed treatment or an assessment of new symptoms.

Medication and safety considerations

INGREDIENTS

Each capsule contains: CoQ10 complex (beta-cyclodextrin and CoQ10), 280 mg, standardised to contain 72 mg CoQ10.

Other ingredients: brown rice flour, silica and vegetable stearate in a clear vegetable capsule.

Dietary suitability

Vegan-friendly, gluten-free and sugar-free. Made without GMO materials, artificial flavours or preservatives.

HOW TO TAKE

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule daily in the morning with or after food, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Pack size: 30 vegetable capsules, providing a 30-day supply at one capsule daily.

Storage

Store at or below 25°C. Keep in the outer container until required for use. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
