Each capsule contains 730 mg of a liposomal vitamin C complex, providing 500 mg of vitamin C as L-ascorbic acid.

That distinction matters. The weight of the complete complex is not the same as the amount of vitamin C. We make the actual vitamin C content clear so you can compare formulations properly.

The formulation combines L-ascorbic acid with phosphatidylcholine. Liposomal describes the delivery approach; it does not mean you should assume a particular absorption rate or take more than directed.

Each capsule contains: liposomal vitamin C complex, 730 mg, providing 500 mg L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

Ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, phosphatidylcholine complex, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule).

Dietary information

Sugar-free. Contains no artificial flavours or preservatives.

HOW TO TAKE

Adults and children aged 12 years and older: take 1–2 capsules daily with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Store at or below 25°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
